Urethane and rubber cutting tool for lathe HCUB-T

Introducing the HCUB-T cut-off tool for urethane and rubber from Highcut. HCUB-T is a cut-off tool designed for elastomers such as:

Urethane rubber
Slicone rubber
Polyethylene
Nitrile rubber

And more.

Due to the material being cut without hardening, it eliminates burrs and produces a clean cut surface without generating chips. The blade is designed for elastomers, allowing for precision cutting, including thin slices.

Processing Test Example

Here is an example of processing test for the urethane cut-off tool:

Rotation Speed: 1,000 rpm
Manual Feed: Approximately 0.15 mm/rev

Other Application (Machining): Urethane 90°, Outer Diameter Φ80, Inner Diameter Φ60, Rotation Speed 400 rpm, Feed Speed 0.19 mm/rev.
